Panic Bolt allows for both doors to be locked closed and permits emergency exit from both doors (e.g. where emergency or panic situation could occur).

Panic Bolt Function - a safety device for critical emergency. These are designed specially for doors that may be used in the event of an emergency that would require a fast and unencumbered escape, such as a fire evacuation.

Features:

  • Designed and packaged specifically for the commercial and residential door market
  • Single-action bolt with positive locking into keeper at the top or bottom, supported by a high?grade stainless steel spring to hold the bolt in locked position
  • Suitable for timber or metal doors and gates in commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings
  • Ideal for inactive leaf of double doors or doors not used for primary egress
