Brush Door Seal can be mounted to fit many angles and spaces. Doors are generally the most common use for weather stripping.

Brush Door Seal Function - are designed to remove leakage between surfaces. To provide the most effective seal possible on a irregular surfaces.

• Nylon brush strip seals with aluminium carriers that are ideal where larger gaps are encountered. They can be fitted to lintels of roll-up doors to help prevent the ingress of birds and wind blown embers in bushfire prone areas

Specification:

• Location: Bottom of single, double, revolving or sliding doors and double acting pivot doors. Lintels of roll-up garage doors. Suitable for hard, flat surfaces.Size: 1000mm
• Fixing: Screw Fixed, Self-adhesive (Self-adhesive or can be screw fixed. Note: Contact surface must be clean, smooth and if painted, well cured. Self-adhesive seals will not adhere to oiled or alkyd finishes or to easy clean wash and wear paint surfaces)
• Minimum and Maximum Gap: 50mm to 75mm (Gap can be user determined)
• Material: Aluminium (Anodised aluminium with black fine, dense, UV stabilised nylon filaments in a galvanised steel spine.)

Note: Architectural perimeter seal and door bottom extrusions are anodised 15μm and threshold plates are anodised 25μm for maximum durability. Black aluminium is anodised 25μm to 40μm.
