Compliance:

• New legislation was passed in March 2013 by the NSW Government to prevent children falling from windows.
• All windows above the ground floor in any existing residential strata schemes must be fitted with a lock or safety device which prevents the window opening more than 12.5 cm by 13^th of March 2018.
