At Keeler Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the hardware in its original box, ensuring all screws, brackets, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
